Terms and Conditions

By using the Skincarebody.co.uk website you agree to be bound by our Terms of Business. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. If you do not agree to be bound by our terms of business please do not register for or use this website.


Accuracy of content

Skincarebody.co.uk have taken great care in the preparation of the content contained within this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we cannot be held responsible for changes in Size, Content or Presentation of Products made by the relevant manufacturer.
We cannot guarantee that the colour of the merchandise delivered will be an exact match to that seen on your computer monitor.
Skincarebody.co.uk is not responsible for the content of any other websites linked to or from this website. Any links appearing on this website are for your convenience only and are not an endorsement by us of those company’s content, products, services or suppliers.


Placing an order

Ordering errors: You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “submit order” on the final page of our ordering process.


Acceptance of your order

Once you place your order, you will automatically be sent a unique order number by email.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.


Payment

All prices displayed include what would be the current VAT rate, but exclude delivery charges which are added to your order at the checkout.
All our prices are in UK pounds. We accept all major credit cards using our payment processor, PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to place an order with us. If you don't have a Paypal account, just click "Checkout with PayPal", then on the PayPal page, look to the left and click "Continue Checkout" under where it says "Don't have a PayPal Account", then you can continue your payment by credit or debit card.


Vouchers and Offers

We issue vouchers from time to time and these are offered to customers upon completion of purchase. Vouchers can be redeemed on a subsequent purchase by entering the code in the relevant box on the checkout page. It is only possible to redeem vouchers via a subsequent purchase.
Vouchers cover product items only, and don’t apply to the postage element.


Delivery

We currently mail packages to the UK mainland only. If you would like your package delivered elsewhere, please contact us for a postage rate.
Our orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery which requires a signature upon delivery at your address.
We are not liable for any delay or non delivery by any outside agent (such as Royal Mail). Should a package fail to arrive, we will supply you with the tracking number but it will be your responsibility to pursue the loss with the relevant carrier.
For dispatch and delivery, reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at National Holidays. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, however, we shall not be liable for any unavoidable delay in the dispatch process.


Availability

All items are subject to availability. Any item that is not available for sale will not be shown on the website.
We do not hold back orders for unavailable merchandise and we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
All offers and promotions are available while stocks last. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a full refund (inc any postage).


Returns Policy

We offer refunds on any faulty products on the following basis;
In the event of a product being faulty, please contact us by email to describe the nature of the problem. We will then authorise the return if appropriate.
Upon receipt of the faulty product, we will then refund or replace the item as agreed during our correspondence with you. We regret we cannot refund any postage costs you incur in returning the product to us.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages or damage. You should return products to Skincarebody, 28 Livingstone Road, Croydon, CR7 8JT. We are not liable should any returned item be delayed or lost by the carrier.
Any refund due will be credited to your credit or debit card.


Personal Data:

Any personal data you submit for the purpose of fulfilling your order will be never be shared with anyone else unless it is required by law.
We will never ask you to confirm your bank or credit card details. Should you receive such a request which purports to be from Skincarebody, please report it to your card issuer.

Liability

Skincarebody.co.uk accepts no responsibility for any mental or bodily injury arising from:
> The use of any supplied product
> The improper or inappropriate use of any product
> Any allergic or adverse reactions

We are not responsible for any damage incurred during the use or misuse of our website or from use of any information contained therein.
All material and information presented by Skincarebody.co.uk is intended to be used for educational or informational purposes only.
The statements and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. Please consult with your own doctor or health care practitioner regarding the suggestions and recommendations made at Skincarebody.co.uk

Other

The copying, modifying or distributing any part or content of the site for any other reason, without prior written permission from Skincarebody.co.uk is expressly prohibited.
Use of Skincarebody.co.uk and these Terms are subject to English Law and the jurisdiction of English Courts.
